Shipping cost
CHF 7.90 per order.

Delivery times
1–2 business days within Switzerland & Liechtenstein. Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Order tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link and tracking number.

Delivery notes

• Please make sure the delivery address is correct and accessible.

• If a parcel can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or if it’s unclaimed, it may be returned to us. We can reship once it arrives back (additional shipping charges may apply).
