We want you to love SAYA SUKA. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in the original, undamaged packaging

Complete (no missing cans or mixed boxes)
Because SAYA SUKA is a perishable beverage, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed items.
How to start a return

Email us at florian@sayasuka-water.com with your order number and reason for return.

Send your unopened items to the address below within 30 days of delivery.

Please write your order number on the outside of the parcel and package items securely to prevent transport damage.

Return shipping costs are not covered by SAYA SUKA.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at florian@sayasuka-water.com with photos of the package and items. We’ll make it right (replacement or refund).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval status. If approved, we’ll refund the full product amount to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please place a new order once your return is approved/refunded.
EU “cooling-off” note
We currently ship to Switzerland & Liechtenstein only; EU 14-day cooling-off rules do not apply. If we begin EU shipping, a separate EU policy will be provided.
